Hi! I’m Chrys. My pronouns are they/them, and it’s so very nice to meet you.

I am a Colorado-born artist, pursuing all avenues of performance in and around Denver, or wherever life may take me! I aim to explore any new things, to craft art, and no matter what, keep learning.

I have my B.A. in Theatre with a minor in dance from Metropolitan State University of Denver and am a recognized Associate Instructor through Dueling Arts International, and a Level III Actor Combatant — if you need to know one thing about me, I love swinging swords.

As a kid, dance and performance had always been something I enjoyed, but as a young adult, I rediscovered the true power of theatre and the importance it held in my life, and was lucky enough to find out, “this is what I was meant for”.

It took a few years, but eventually I figured out my role was to be an instrument for others. To be the vessel for someone in an audience to feel seen and spoken for. I’m proud to say I continually get to rediscover what it means to be an artist.

The moments that fulfill me are when someone has a catharsis; that my art made them feel something. I want to transform people for the better, even if it’s just one moment at a time, one person at a time.
